Updated Concurrent Versions System for Macromedia Dreamweaver

Some of our clients reported some problems on creating "Checkout" folder when new project is created and other small problems with TEMP files. This problems now are fixed. Also some help files was added to the new version..

Corrected bug: in case a temporary dir. is selected - c:temp, the temporary c:tempout.txt and c:temperr.txt are not created, instead the system creates out.txt and err.txt in the c:temp directory. Enhancement: the checkout directory with the project's name is automately created. In case of selecting checkout for the zynaddsubfx project in the c:projects directory, the checkout is done in c:projectszynaddsubfx
