Star Rating and Unicode Support

Hi,

I have changed the en.inc.php file format to unicode (utf8) because the language I want to use is based on unicode.

but, if I do so, the star rating system just does not work.

If I copy old file from en.inc.php, I works.

So doesn't it support the unicde ?

Yes, we tested and confirmed, we will need to check why ....
