Date and CSS Question

If you check out thehamsterwheel.net/ffplreview.php, the date is wrong on reviews submitted (it is definitely NOT 1969) and there is a black area in the comment preview section that I would like changed to white, but i'm not sure what exact area to change on the CSS file. any help on this would be much appreciated. Also does ratepro only rate pages in the base directory of your website? I've tried rating pages in subfolders and I can't get it to work.

Okay, I figured out the date problem, but I would still like to figure out the black preview area and change it to white.

CSS will do this trick.
