Cannot login to admintool

I am having a problem logging into my admintool area. I first tried demo/demo and it said username or password is incorrect. Then, I edited the DB so that the user/pass is feces/as and it still doesn't work. Please help me.

Now my next question is this:

I have a page set up for rating but the rating box area is not showing up. The link is http://thehamsterwheel.net/fat_frog/plreview.php

...and the script I am using on the page is :

I changed it and it is still not showing up. Any ideas?

So I've figured out that problem as well. It looks like that the file that is being rated has to be in the base directory or it will not work. I originally had the file in a folder called fat_frog and it did not work. Is there any way to make the script work for files that are in folders?

you need to call it like ROOT/folder/name.php, then should work.
