Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/elymecom/public_html/.../rate/config.inc.php on line 21
It is not closed the config.inc.php line 21. See that line.

LINE 21: define("RATEPRO_DB_NAME", "databasehere");
What's not closed on that line?

OKay I got that problem fixed, it was in line 20 a "$" in the password.

In /admintool/ see configuration page and there change localhost to your domain.
