Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING - How to fix?

If you click on any of the TEST links on my website here http://tinyurl.com/6ahqlw , you get that error.

How do I fix it?

It is not closed the config.inc.php line 21. See that line.

LINE 21: define("RATEPRO_DB_NAME", "databasehere");



What's not closed on that line?

OKay I got that problem fixed, it was in line 20 a "$" in the password.

I'm now getting that error once I click on RATE.

In /admintool/ see configuration page and there change localhost to your domain. http://www.yourdomain.com
