Can I get an update?

I contacted support early last week, but yet .. no response.

I purchased the software approx 1 year ago, I tried installing this, and it's just coming up with errors.

How do I upgrade?

As I remember you requested new download link, we sent it.
Check your Junk folder.

It's been resent, nothing was in my junk folder.
