help with installation

I have added all of the files to the server, and created a database. When I open the _install.php file, this is what it says:

Rate is in the Database

That is all that happens. Now what? The instructions should DEFINITELY be longer...please help!

did you setted up the config.inc.php?

When I open this URL in the browser http://www.domain.com/rating/_install.php

I see this a path ...

We included this to see the path, usefull for some users, who doeas not know the full path.
Then need to edit config.inc.php and dump database.sql file into a database (usually with phpMyAdmin)
