Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Config.inc.php is not setted up right.
Check it again.

If articol.php it can be found in test/ratings/ directory the
$DEFAULT_URL = "http://www.verticalworld.goto.bg/test/ratings";

From where I receive this value. I use only articol.php and I do not found this value nowhere in source.

This depend on your programming, your have or not ID.
Try articol.php?id=1; articol.php?id=2; articol.php?id=3 etc.
It will be separate page.
