I've installed the script, and am currently using this code:
<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript" src="http://www.domain.com/rate/jsrate.php?file=http://www.domain.com/ test01.html&file_real=rate_thankyou.html"></script>
After I choose a rating, I'm taken to the "rate_thankyou.html"
When I return to the page, I see the following:
See template_test.html for what you need to add into your PHP files.

Why is the string "See template_test.html for what you need to add into your PHP files." present? How do I remove it?
