Erro message pop-up with rating system

hi,

i got the articol to work fine but when i call rate.php it tells me i running the header when it is already running it once. now i tried the other files i thought was it but the other 1s i tried displayed nothing so could u help me on this. if u need to know i belive i have my global on, i hope that isnt the problem if it is i cant control that.

in rating global is not a problem.
