question before loading

Before choosing which computer to load your product onfor evaluation, I have a question. Most of our projects have been managed through Dreaweaver which is adequate. However Govt projects demand CVS.
Does loading your product committ us CVS across the board or can I choose to assign which management tool to use as I set up projects.
In other words does your extension disable Dreamweaver's normal file manage,ment program.

Our CVS module not disable anything in Dreamweaver, is just an addon (bridge) between Dreamweaver and CVS Server (can be local CVSNT or on other Linux Server as pserver, SSH etc)
