Cannot commit to svn repo - get 409 errors

I have everything set-up in our dev environment. Everything works, but I can't 'put' anything to the server via svn4dw. I can connect to the server via WebDAV in DW, I can see the server dirs, but when I try commit changes to the repo, I get 409 errors.

Anyone have a clue why this is happening?

409 error as I find out on WEB is an autentication error.
