DOCUMENTATION FOR CVS for Dreamweaver LITE

Hi,
I am using WinXP,Dreamweaver MX/2004 and recently I installed CVS for Dreamweaver LITE. I need some documentation on the product so I can start trying out different options available. I am new to this but I am aware of common functions like CHECKIN,CHECKOUT etc.

Please advise or any helpful links would be great.

You can see in LITE version, on Files Panel, Right Click, you will see CVS for Dreamweaver extended menu.
There is a documentation, mostly about CVS tutorial from start to end.
Then on each screen you have a small help system.
