I just installed the Lite version and am having trouble getting anything to work. When I do an update, I see:

C: cd "C:\CVS\ed\Coldfusion\Production\cfmx_migration\osep_sp_public"
cvs -q -z1 --lf update -R "defaultLayout.cfm.bak" >c:\/out.txt 2>c:\/err.txt

and the server message displays:

'cvs' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I have CVSNT 2.0.51 installed and working perfectly with WinCVS.

The problem is that CVS is not installed or not in path. Please open "MS DOS" prompt and enter "cvs" and tell me the results.

Did you tried to run from MSDOS promt cvs command? This need to be working. Our installer resolve this, but if you have already CVSNT before then maybe only CVSNT can access it.
