commiting a complete directory

I am evaluating the product and just installed the lite version. It is working
I am using a pserver on a Linux box.

Is the lite menu the only way to do anything with a file ?
How do i commit or update the contents of a complete directory ?
Or do I need the full version for that ?
I do not see any extend menu in the files panel taht allows me to handle cvs aactions.

If you right click on files panel, should be there the MENU. Is last in the list.
Then you can see all commands. Let us know if work.
