Automated TAG's when creating a new file in C

I was wondering if it is possible within CVS for DW to set up a macro or similar mechanism to automatically add some tags to a new file created within DW.

For this you need to have a modified version of CVS for Dreamweaver.
Is possibble, but need more info.
