fwrite() error

i am getting these errors on my pages for my shop. please can you help

We will release shortly new version of the shop with Global Register OFF, this is the problem.

The new version is out, but no downloadable DEMO for the moment.

have got rid of errors now. register globals was on already, the problem was with the file permissions on codelock.php

Yes, also on CodeLock 1.5 if is cannot be write on codelock.php (755) then you can get this error.
