CANNOT INSTALL

I keep getting this message when I try to install


Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'louis@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/webyahoo/public_html/admin/install/index.php on line 132
Could not connect: Access denied for user: 'louis@localhost' (Using password: YES)

This mean that you don't have access to MySQL.
Talk with you admin for the setup of config.inc.php
