installation

i creat a database with sb name and create virtual directory name sb again
i change the settings in config.php but every time i start installation i am getting this message just a quick one when i create the database do i hvae to add to sql files to them first orno because i test both ways but it didn't work like that

We think that you cannot configured well the confog.inc.php On windows environment use double slash, like \\
Try like this please and let also know what Server do you use, Apache or IIS?
