Installation failed

I followed instractions from the install doc and when I tried to Run http://www.mydomain.com/admin/install/ .... Following message was displayed: "Fisierul config nu s-a gasit in locatia specificata /config.inc.php". Any idea what's wrong?

opps, we left the install in romanian :-(
Anyway, seems that config.inc.php cannot be found ...

i have the same error
and i have the config.inc,php installed
what's wrong so ?

the error is "Could not find the config file in this place /config.inc.php"

everything is ok and is in place but this problem is exist!!!
anyhelp!

open config.inc.php and see if all paths are closed.
Need to have the SLASH / ate the end.

I get this on every page:

The SLASH is not closed in some URL OR PATH. Please verify this.
