Warning in Installation

#This warning ask about es.inc.php . I put the firt time because i suppose #that this have in version in spanish, but i change the line in config.inc.php #in EN. Why not permit change now in the server?

I solve this problem reinstalling the application.

Probabbly the INDEX_PATH wan not OK.
