Populating a Countries / Regions table

I notice your registration page had a very comprehensive list of countries and provinces.

I have been looking for something like this to use in my own registration process. Any clues where I can get hold of a list like this?

Or if you would be so kind, perhaps you could dump the tables to a CSV text file or something?
