I am interested in this software but would like more info before buying

This is not so easy as:
1. The online demo does not work
2. The online contact form does not work - Gives: "An error occurred during the sending! Please try again." - Every time!!
3. The template links do not work - They timeout.
4. Most of the links on the "Sites powered by GraFX Online Dating Software:" section are dead links.

Is this software so out of date that no one keeps the site up to date?

Is this software worth bothering about if the pre sales is so bad?

Hi,

I will responde to each point.

1. No, the online demo not work, we get down all online demos to put in a short time new version online.
2. We will see what happened with contact form, we encountered some difficulties on the server.
3. A template was missing, deleted accidentally. Now is there. TX.
4. We will review the links, unfortunatelly we cannot list a few sites which are really great. If you contact us at it@grafx.ro, we will send 2-3 links with sites who are doing great jobs. For a small statistics, from over 100 license sold on GDating, only 10 sites if use the software, the rest die after 2-3 months, they just try this business but do not know. Sad but true ...

Seems like you need a good team to help get you re-grouped. I cant do it for you for free but heres some advice

1) Use a forum software that sets a professional Image, perhaps wowbb, punbb is nice, or pehaps phpbb for example
2) Fix your CSS errors, and clean up styles
3) Instead of hardcoded external links, use a link exchange to help being traffic, often they include a function that can detect broken links
4) Use a Valid SSL Certificate issued by a creditable CA not a fake
5) Clean html tags, there are closing tags not needed or in wrong syntax, create a nice template thats creative.
6) Add some useful tools, like a speedtest, FAQ, tips on common grafix questions
7) install a p3p , this will resolve your cookie issues and is always good

Well its a good idea to just step back and look at your site from another point of view, be creative! a great product should be showcased with a very slick webpage
