i have the final version of the script and i would like ti upgrade with 2.4.0

I have try but no images, no template after installation

All PHP files should be upgraded, usually there is the modification, except programtemplate directory. Now the 2.4.0 require also template update. Order by date, and choose all from july-august 2009, some can be simply overwrite, some need top be compare (template_index.html, template_firstpage.html, index.html), in this latest version was introduced the chat module, which require the XAJAX module and the chat DIV.
