need help to finish the install

I get this on my page

Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant in /home/my name/my file/installer/index.php on line 209

and ask me to make a new data base for the program I did all that and I get this message

Access denied for user 'my name'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Access denied means is not ok the username and password for the database.

I try everything but I still get the same message I try everything I don't know what I'm doing wrong I did a new user and pass word and I get the same message

Send to us the FTP user/pass and database details (or control panels) and we will install it for you.

I send all the information on an email but I got no answer and the installation is not completed I been working on it and now I get this warning message.

That constant can be ignored. We fixed in local version.
