when installation after complete the install and deleted the installaer floder and go to Admin and give the Administrator Name and Password it is not going to next page its refresh in the same page itself

Do you have Ioncube installed?? I think this is the problem. Can you check if your hosting company have enabled Ioncube?

yes it is installed and enabled this and what i want to do this there is any specifc place to configre the ioncube

Your hosting provider should do, you need root access.
In some cases is enough to have ioncube folder with files inside, provided by us. But in some cases not enough.
