Limited amount of pictures on home page

I am using template 00064 and cannot post more than 2 pictures on the home page even if all settings are set at 4 in admin section.

Any solutions?

Some templates are limited. 2 pictures or 3 pictures are choosed on this template randomly, 1 female, 1 men and 1 couple.
