i am running into an installation problem with the key. i have installed powertoys and everything seems to be working fine... however, upon inputing the key nothing happens. the email sent said that a php file will be emailed to me, which i should copy and paste in... but i have not received it yet. (no, it isnt being blocked by a spam filter)
when i attempt to click on 'password revealer'... i recieve an error message stating: "Your local license key is missing or invalid. We will now try to redirect you to create a new key. If this operation fails or you feel it is in error please contact our support department." (that is the only button that gives me an error... everything else seems to work ok) that takes me to a 'generate new license' page which asks me for the license key from my email... i put that in and click the generate new license key button, which returns another error stating: "I cannot release the key to you, please try again or contact support regarding the status of your license."
i have legally purchased this software, and really need it to work. what needs to be done here?
