When I try to change the email template it gives me this: Cannot write to file (./tmp/send_password_txt_admin.html) I can't even find the send_password_txt_admin.html file

We will verify this issue. Until then please create a directory tmp in /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/powertoys/ - could be that installer for some reason did not create this folder. Also see rights of the other folders psaadm:pasadm

The tmp directory was there. The owner:group was root:psaadm. I changed it to psaadm:psaadm. It worked. I figured "pasadm" must have been a typo. Just to be clear, do I need to set the same ownership for just the directories in /powertoys or the directories AND files?

We will check why this happening, should be psaadm:psaadm, we will see and fix this. Which OS you have?
