Can't make it working

I've just bought and installed Power Toys. Then I followed the tutorial but I cannot make it working.
I've also tested it with < ?php phpinfo(); ? > and no mod_suphp is loaded ( http://picnic.nowhere.it/test.php ).
My specs are centos 5.3 , php 5.2.9 , apache 2.2.3 , plesk 9.5.4

Any help would be appreciated

I checked your phpinfo and seems suphp is not installed.
