Default value of $REWRITE_TEMPLATE_PATH in v1.6.2

Hi!
After update fasttemplate form 1.6.0 to 1.6.2 some of my templates lost styles and scripts.
It occured due to default value of $REWRITE_TEMPLATE_PATH = array ("../",""); in v1.6.2
I think it's not a good idea do any rewriting routine by default

Sorry, I have changed in release, we use like that.
By default should be
var $REWRITE_TEMPLATE_PATH = "";

Stay tuned for new 1.6.5 version.
Fixed some deprechated functions in 5.3.x. in PHP.
We will include also your suggestions in this new version.
