New install of 2.1.0 at http://12.196.244.229/. Menu items "about, products, services" all link incorrectly such as: http://12.196.244.229/index.php/About-us/ Also, "contact, subscribe, sitemap" work fine AND don't show up in the admin panel for editing.

Use NONSEO in configuration cause in some case apache does not do the redirect.
