Problem with Greek characters

Hi there,
I really liked the software, I installed it on my web server and I started using it. I am doing it in Greek and I do have a serious problem.
While the content displays just fine and there is no problem the titles are a bit messed up.
I mean when I write a small Greek word in the title e.g what I get in the url is :"/amp948amp959amp954amp953amp956amp942/" and what I get in the menu is "δοκι&#956 ;ή ·"

Of course I can not use it like that :(

Any suggestions?
Is UTF8 supported?
Do I have any hopes on making it work in Greek so I can buy it?
