There are several ways you can get support for our software:

  1. Frequently Asked Questions/Articles - Look here first! This is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our software, articles etc.
  2. Documentation - each software come with a small or detailed documentation. We know that sometimes are missing things, but you can always ask, we think that our support are best enough to get any information you want.
  3. Search Forums - If you haven't already found your answer, then you probably haven't tried searching the forums. This is one of your most useful resources. Use keywords that are unique to your problem for best results.
  4. Ask in Forums - You can post a message in the forum. Please choose carefully in the forums where to post your message. You will need to register or login first.
  5. Live Help - You can contact our team anytime you need, we will try to help you. Check in the menu the LIVE HELP link.
